When starting out on your mental health journey, it is vital to find a therapist that provides a safe and supportive space to grow. The right therapist will encourage healthy self-reflection and change through methods that are tailored to your individual needs. I strive to provide this experience to all my current and future clients.

As both a Licensed Professional Counselor and an Art Therapist, I utilize a variety of creative techniques that are specific to your goals. Since beginning my career in 2017, I have worked with children, teens, and adults in inpatient, outpatient, and community-based settings. I have employed a combination of Art Therapy and evidence-based approaches when working with clients on topics such as attention deficit disorder, oppositional defiance disorder, depression, anxiety, and trauma. I also have a special interest in working with LGBTQIA+ teens and adults on the unique challenges and issues created by today’s society.

I believe therapy should be a collaborative process between therapist and client. This collaboration can give a sense of empowerment and autonomy that sets you up for success in achieving your goals in session. I believe everyone has the ability to improve their mental health. I aspire to provide the tools and environment that makes discovering your unique abilities possible.

I look forward to working with you!
