Lisa earned her Master’s in Social Work with a focus on education from Dominican University. She has worked with school-aged children in public schools across the Northwest Chicago suburbs. Her expertise also includes direct client care work, including her work as an ABA Therapist where she provided services within the home for children on the Autism Spectrum. Lisa’s passion for her work has taught her that every child is unique, and not only capable of learning but capable of succeeding.

In her free time, Lisa enjoys baking, being outdoors, and playing music. She’s an amateur home baker specializing in decorated cookies, which her family and friends rave about! On a nice day, you’ll see her walking or biking with her dog Tango Tron, and on the weekend, you’ll find her in her basement playing drums with her band Beard of Stars.
