Vulnerability is a place from which we manifest our greatest potential. As a therapist I utilize an integrative approach by combining evidence-based interventions to best suit individual needs and preferences. I believe that every person is unique, and therapy is not a one size fits all approach.
I strive to create a safe space for my clients by allowing them to sit with their feelings, reflect on past experiences, gain self-awareness, and hope for a better future. I believe when we gain understanding of our inner self, we can truly work towards becoming the best version of our self.
I earned my Master of Social Work with a specialty in military/veterans and families at Dominican University. I have experience working with clients in crisis situations from ages 5 and up from diverse backgrounds with conditions and issues such as suicide, depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, domestic violence, adjustment disorder, identity exploration, multicultural issues, parenting & family, loss/grief, and relationship issues.
I am excited to be a part of your journey towards growth and healing.
